WHO WE ARE
Vision
To help aspiring or current business owners establish nonprofit organizations and limited liability corporations (LLCs) that align with state and federal requirements, receive federal and state tax exemptions, enhance chances to secure grants, and be an educational resource to clients and customers to help them become well-informed Executive Leaders.
Our Mission
The mission of D.E. Enterprise Business Solutions, LLC is to help organizations accomplish the following:

Establish Limited Liability Corporations (LLCs) that align with state requirements

​Obtain tax exemption under section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code and state tax exemption

Establish the governing documents that most organizations should have in place prior to formation (e.g., articles of incorporation/organization, bylaws, conflict of interest policy, and business plans)

Develop HR policies and procedures, business, and marketing plans for new start-ups and companies that do not have these critical documents in place

Thoroughly review and update grant proposals to increase the probability of grant approval

Provide fiscal management education

Offer nonprofit and LLC ongoing trainings

Develop business websites to help with marketing and advertisements
